AC worked perfectly, and the location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious.
The hotel needs maintenance. the room was not entirely clean, and there were mosquitoes everywhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome upon my arrival. The reception guy was particularly helpful and made me feel at home during my time there. the hotel facilities were in great condition and very clean. The air conditioning in my room was excellent which helped me have a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient with easy access to transportation and parking. Finally, breakfast was provided and it was delicious and well-prepared.

The hotel's location is convenient to popular restaurants and shops. the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained with functioning air conditioning. the breakfast is decent with a variety of options to choose from including continental and Indian dishes. the hotel provides free Wi-Fi as well as a fitness room.
Some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of towels and bed linens in their rooms.

The hotel had a great location, providing easy access to popular tourist destinations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to offer assistance. the room was equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Christmas decorations were also lovely.
The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There were visible stains and dust on the furniture, which made it uncomfortable to use.
